Months 0-3: Some women get relief of their symptoms in less than a week, for others it can take three months A very small minority of women could experience things worsening before they get better. This does not usually last very long (and not longer than 6 weeks) and this is a sign that the body is starting to make changes.

Months 6-12: Most women will have significant improvement in their symptoms. The full results of treatment can be expected after 9-12 months.
