- Clean and dry the area of the skin where the cream will be applied.
- Apply a thin layer to the external genitalia (clitoral hood and labia minora) at least 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. Apply only to the area and not to the surrounding skin.
Use as and when required, use maximum once daily.

● You are under 18 years old
● You are pregnant or breastfeeding
● You have Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV1/HSV2) / genital herpes
● You have excessive hair growth (hirsutism) and/or severe acne
● You have liver (Liver/Hepatic Impairment) or kidney disease
● You have been diagnosed with a blood clot (Thromboembolism or clotting disorder/ Intracerebral hemorrhage)
● You have cardiovascular disease (such as heart disease, angina, stroke, or uncontrolled blood pressure/ hypertension, arrhythmias, or myocardial infarction)
● You are allergic to Sildenafil, L-arginine, Oxytocin, Testosterone, Soy, Yam or any other ingredients contained in the cream.
● You are taking nitrate medications for chest pain (angina)
● You are taking medication for epilepsy (Carbamazepine, Lamotrigine, Perampanel Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Mysoline, Topiramate, Rufinamide)
● You are taking medication for HIV (Efavirenz, Nevirapine, Ritonavir)
● You are taking medication narcolepsy (Modafanil)
● You are taking medication TB (Rifabutin, Rifampicin)
● You are taking medication blood Clots (Warfarin)
● You are taking CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, ritonavir) or Alpha-blockers or Ergoloid mesylate
● You are taking nitrates, riociguat or potent nitric-oxide donors
● You are taking pentoxifylline with anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents (aspirin, clopidogrel, direct oral anticoagulants)
● You are on medicines that lower blood pressure or interact with Sildenafil
● You have Breast disease, breast cancer, Genital cancer, Liver cancer
● You have broken or Inflamed skin at the sight of application
● You have Porphyria
● You have undiagnosed vaginal bleeding or chronic vaginal infection
● You have diabetes
● You have active migraines or Raynaud phenomenon
● You have Peptic-ulcer disease
● You have been advised by your doctor not to engage in sexual activity

- Temporary warmth or tingling at the application site is normal.
- Avoid sexual activity if you feel dizzy, unwell, or experience chest pain. Please inform your GP if you experience side effects.
- Do not share this prescription cream with others.
The majority of women do not experience any side effects when using the cream which is low dose and generally well tolerated.
Uncommon side effects may include:
● Mild warmth or redness at the application site
● Tingling sensation
● Headache
● Dizziness
● Nausea
