  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl.

  2. Add the almond flour, honey, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.

  3. Mix well and form into small balls.

  4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Greek Yoghurt with Pumpkin Seeds and Berries (Serves 1)

Tuna and Avocado Lettuce Cups (Makes 2)
